He had my parents and I laughing and changed my dads opinion of Earnhardt dealerships. Ian was also incredible. Finance is never a fun experience but somehow it made it a hilarious fun time. Always laughing! Everyone working at Earnhardt Hyundai is amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and are not pushy at all!! Its obvious they enjoy working there because the atmosphere as a customer is infectious. Love love love this place! Thank you guys again for an amazing experience!! More

A year ago, I had purchased a 2014 Sonata for my wife in which she loves so much I rarely get to drive it. This time around a car was needed for my daughter who is 16 and needs a dependable and safe car for work and school. Issue was is that I had a budget and did not have a trade-in, so I thought my options were limited. I stopped by Earnhardt Hyundai and talked to James Orosco and Mark Rushford who sold us the Sonata. They took the time to listen to my budget and car needs and started doing some research. I got a call later on that they had taken in a 2009 Genesis for trade-in and to come down and take a look. Wow is all I can say. The Genesis is a beautiful and well engineered car, but my initial thought was it would not be in my budget. I had done my homework with banks and credit unions so I knew my budget numbers. This is where the Earnhardt professionalism came in and Ian Parker (Finance Director) stepped in. He congratulated me on my financing but informed me politely that he could do a lot better and would take care of everything which he did. I should have known because Ian helped me on the 2014 Sonata. Budget is extremely important to buyers and everyone at Hyundai respects your comfort level. Next stepped in Tony Femiano, he had his entire team focused on the 2009 Genesis so when I picked it up, it looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. It was immaculate. I was extremely happy with each step of the process and so was the entire team, so they all came out and took a picture with me and my Genesis. What Earnhardt Hyundai did for me was allow me a car (the Genesis) in which I have wanted since the Genesis first came out, and also allowed me the give a 2006 Hyundai Tucson which I currently own and drive to my daughter. The Tucson is the dependable and safe car that is easy to drive because it sits up high and has views in all angles. It is a perfect car for a 16 year old. We are a three-car Hyundai family and will always stick with Hyundai and Earnhardt Hyundai-Scottsdale. My three Hyundai’s only get serviced at Earnhardt Hyundai because of the detailed work and the comfort I have with them maintaining my cars. Great customer service We (my husband and I) initially got our certificate with True Car and was assigned to Tristan. When we came in we asked for Tristan and waited for about 10 minutes before asking for him again. That's when they sent Drew over instead. Drew has a good sense of humor, if you like that you will like him. We already knew which car we wanted, so we just needed to test drive it and make sure we worked out the numbers for the trade and new car payment. As everyone knows you won't get what you want for a car when you trade it in, but it makes it hassle free. It was about what we expected. We worked out a fair deal and Drew was very patient with us. After that, we worked with Ian for the financing portion. He also has a sense of humor. Again, you have to like that sort of thing, which worked for us. We felt Drew and Ian were very professional and took care of all of our questions and concerns. The only downfall was that the Navigation system wasn't working, so I had to bring my car back in on Monday. I was told to speak with Norm, since Drew wasn't there. Norm tried to get me a rental car, since they weren't sure how long it would take. They ended up loaning me one of their cars, since a rental wasn't available. They were very accommodating. It only took them two hours to figure out the issue, which was very minor. The manager made sure he took care of me and when I saw Ian he greeted me like I was a friend. Drew called me to follow up on everything when he returned the next day. He offered to show me the navigation system. I appreciated it, but said we would manage. It was great customer service and I will return if I should get another Hyundai in a few years. More
