Norm was outstanding from the moment he greeted me until the time I departed the station. He ensured I understood everything that was going to be done. I had made the appointment so I already knew, but it w the time I departed the station. He ensured I understood everything that was going to be done. I had made the appointment so I already knew, but it was good he confirmed it all. He gave me an estimated wait time of 90 minutes; however, the car was ready in just over 45 minutes. He went over everything and informed me that he had added air to all tires since they were low. He also filled my wiper fluids. He thanked me for my service to our country since we are both veterans. The service guys, no fault of their own, have been slammed by multiple recalls by Hyundai. I came in with a problem with my missing key to my wheel locks and they took care of me quickly and at no cost to me. The car was brand new and when my wife ran over a nail and had to buy a new tire.
