On November 1, 2023 I wrote a negative review of this dealership due to my perceived lack of service after an accident occurred to my vehicle in their possession. The day of the accident they promised to do a repair to the damage. I was upset that I never heard from them. As it turns out, for some reason my cell phone wasn't accepting their calls, not registering as having received them or accepting their voicemails. I finally received a letter and an E-Mail with proof of their attempts to reach me. They are still standing by their word and are willing to correct the issue. I haven't been in yet for the repair but based on 20 years prior experience with them I expect to be completely satisfied. I apologize for my initial review but hope this corrects it. I look forward to many more years of superior service from Gatorland Toyota. More

After service received card showing that battery needed attention. Not advised of that at the dealer nor did they supply a test sheet showing what was supposedly wrong with the battery. I always give 5 stars, but I cannot this time. I have returned every 6 months for Auto Butler service for the past several years with 2 different cars. I have always been extremely pleased. This is the first time it took more than an hour longer than usual, and the car is still rather dirty looking. The dash still has a solid dust layer, and a bug is still on the front bumper. Top Coated on? Side mirrors are splotchy. I only had tires rotated, no oil change. So that would not have impacted the time frame. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out, so not last minute. More
