I ended up leasing a 540i, and felt like I got a fair deal on my trade and rate after some reasonable negotiations. Ok bmw, needs improvement in front desk service I’ve been to several bmw dealerships for service in the past. Usually there is a person who checks you in, and gets the service tech. Not here. I’m left wandering around the waiting area then finally knocking on a window. Pickup of my car was a joke. Waited about 20 minutes before my sales tech came back from a test drive. Other sales guy just yawning right through the glass wall. Geez. 20 minutes of my life gone to pay Capital BMW for what should have taken at most 5 minutes. Mad about that. Other than above, Ian was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend him but the whole front desk service needs to be revamped and checkout needs to be faster. Not sure if i’d Return for routine stuff. More
