Job Well Done! I needed to get my wife into a more comfortable and affordable vehicle beyond our 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Ibrahim and Julian were able to explain and dem I needed to get my wife into a more comfortable and affordable vehicle beyond our 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Ibrahim and Julian were able to explain and demonstrate (via test drive) purchased pre-owned 2013 Hyundai to me and my wife. Both, as well as Jimmy, were clear in explaining the wrap-around warranty that we purchased in that it extended beyond and added to both the coverage time (year) and current mileage of the vehicle. This was important to know that the vehicle was covered "bumper to bumper" like a new purchase with an additional 100K miles beyond the 45K miles already on the car and began on the purchase date beyond the original start-date year (2013) of the vehicle. Ibrahim said he would call and schedule to have the rear bumper painted, provide a spare, and line up a rental - he kept his word and called promptly at the start of the week for a scheduled service visit. Ibrahim, Jimmy and Julian as a team committed to the success of the customer and the dealer. Jimmy needs to be commended additionally for allowing the customer to talk directly with the "desk" concerning pricing, payment, trade-in and warranty issues. More
