I originally met Idi (Idania Martinez) about five months before purchasing my vehicle. Even though I wasn't ready to buy at the time, she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She never pressured me or constantly bothered me with follow-ups, which I really appreciated. When I was finally ready to purchase, I knew exactly who I wanted to work with. On my third visit to the dealership, I ended up looking at four different vehicles, and Idi went above and beyond to help me find the right one. She even took vehicles through the car wash so I could get a better look at their exterior condition and make sure everything was up to my standards. It's the little things like that which really show how much someone cares about their customers. Throughout the entire process, Idi was transparent, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. She worked with me to get a deal I was comfortable with and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. When it was finally time to take delivery of my Toyota Venza, she even made sure it was cleaned up and ready for me when I arrived! I also want to give a huge shoutout to Nate in finance. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made signing all the finance paperwork a smooth and enjoyable experience. The finance office can sometimes be the most stressful part of buying a car, but Nate made the process easy and comfortable. As someone who has worked in the automotive industry, I really appreciate a dealership that treats its customers with respect rather than making the buying process feel like a battle. I'm absolutely loving my new Venza, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you're shopping for a Toyota, I highly recommend McCord's Vancouver Toyota.
