I worked with Ignacio to purchase my first Lexus (an NX). I actually visited quite a few different dealerships since I was a bit undecided on the vehicle I would buy. However, working with Ignacio went incredibly well. He is honest, understanding, and will make the car buying experience a personal one. He understands that car buying is a big deal and takes the time to truly understand the needs and wants to not just find the right car, but also the right color and features as well. Ignacio is by far, the best person I've worked with and I highly recommend working with him. I know I will plan to go back to him if/when I decide to purchase another vehicle. More

I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus ES from Ignacio Garrigos of Lexus of Wayzata. The process overall was the best experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. I did hours of research before going Garrigos of Lexus of Wayzata. The process overall was the best experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. I did hours of research before going in, so I knew how much my trade was worth, and had an idea of a fair price on the car I purchased. The dealership didn't play any games with me and offered me very near what I expected from my trade, and was able to sell me their vehicle in a range that fit my budget as well. A problem occurred late in the sale while I was in the finance department, and my salesman remedied the issue within minutes. The finance department was typical of that of a dealership. The usual up-sale of services that one expects, but I felt that the prices offered for said services were very reasonable and within my budget for things like maintenance plans, and extended warranties. Finally, the dealership offers a 'vehicle delivery' service where a specialist runs down some of the systems in the car and helps demonstrate the technology and some best practices when using it. While I felt like I didn't need the service, the specialist Eric was a great person to work with and overall capped off the experience nicely. Overall, I will definitely be coming back to Lexus of Wayzata should I be in the market for another Lexus either when I'm ready to update my car or my wife is interested in a Lexus as well. More

I’ve been working with Ignacio for nearly 6 years. He’s the best! The last year of my previous lease was particularly stressful for me, as I had moved further away from work and I was going to go over my m the best! Ignacio was very patient with me and was diligent in his communication. With some creativity, he and Sales Manager Rich Barfknecht were able to get me out of my lease 7 months early and into my new UX 250h at a great payment. Eric the Technology Specialist was very thorough and an absolute blast to work with! I highly recommend asking for Ignacio by name!! More
