This was my second new car purchase, the first being a 2011 Kia Optima EX GDI and recently a 2013 Kia Optima SX. I came into Luther Kia looking to test drive the Sportage with no intention of purchasing that day. Igor helped me out with the test drive and told me all about the vehicle before I even got into the driver' with no intention of purchasing that day. After the test drive we went back to the dealership and he went over my options and some numbers. I never once felt any pressure from him to buy that day. He gave me his card and told me to call him with any questions that I forgot to ask. He called me two days later to ask if I had any other concerns and to ask if I was interested in making an appointment. He asked what color I would like and told me if it was no longer available he would find what I wanted and get it to the dealer by the time my appointment was. During the appointment he walked me through every detail and explained anything I didn't understand. Going through the financial process, Jamie answered all my questions very well and also helped me understand anything she was telling me. The whole process in general was very fast and moved along smoothly. Igor also showed me the service department and helped me set up my first oil change. Once I got my keys Igor went over everything in the interior of the car to make sure I knew how everything worked including setting up my phone for bluetooth and helping change the time. I was also originally looking at a Hyundai and picked Kia because of the great service and attention I received from Igor. If I ever need another car or if someone asks me about where to go I will 100% always suggest Luther Kia and Igor. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

This was so much better of an experience than the last time I bought a new car, which was at a different dealership. When it came time to talk prices, I felt they were reasonable and didn't try to haggle me too much, which is a problem I have experienced with other dealers elsewhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful. After I purchased the car Igor continued to go over details of the car with me as much as I wanted, such as working the bluetooth system, and the navigation. I drove away in my new car very satisfied and happy with the whole experience and I love my new car. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Igor. More

The two stars in this whole experience are Greg Isham and Igor Tenenbaum. I have been going to Greg for all my vehicle services and he recommended Igor to me. He took my information and gave it to Igor so that when I met Igor, he was prepared. Previous to working with Igor, I had Aaron look at my trade in vehicle and begin the process of working up a deal. Aaron may have lost my phone number as he didn't call me back over a weekend to see if a car was available. So Greg and Igor stepped up and took care of all of my questions and got me the options I wanted. Igor is friendly, VERY knowledgable when it comes to autos, and was very honest with me about everything. THAT is the most important factor as far as I'm concerned. When he did find a car for me, he called me immediately and set up the purchase. He went through every detail with me; helped set up my first oil change, and offered me a variety of other options such as extended warranty, undercoating, etc. Igor was never pushy; always professional and polite. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I went home confident in my purchase and that I will continue to do business with this dealership. I give them a FIVE-STAR Rating! More

Working with Igor and Michael was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I walked into the dealership at about 5:30 pm on a Saturday, not realizing that they closed and 6pm, and experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.
