Communicating with these guys is difficult at times. For example, I purchased for our 2024 Camry the mid guards. Their quote to install was in my opinion outrageous. So I decided to install them myself. For example, I purchased for our 2024 Camry the mid guards. Their quote to install was in my opinion outrageous. So I decided to install them myself. When I went to pick them up they had placed them in the shop and assigned them to be installed. It’s like you talk to them, they hang up and disregarded everything I said. The sales experience wasn’t much different. More

I came in for my first service visit. I had an appointment, and was greeted immediately by Illana. The staff was very courteous, and Illana did an excellent job explaining what maintenan I had an appointment, and was greeted immediately by Illana. I was told 3-4 hours. When I went to pick up my vehicle 3 1/2 hours later I was told it would be another 3-4 hours. I wouldn’t mind this time if I had planned for it. It w When I went to pick up my vehicle 3 1/2 hours later I was told it would be another 3-4 hours. I wouldn’t mind this time if I had planned for it. It was 4 days before Christmas and I had a lot to do. I was told it was a scheduling issue because different technicians were working on the rotation, oil, and brake job. This is all fine - just let me plan for a whole day of not having my vehicle. After my complaints, my husbands phone call, and the courtesy driver said he would try to hurry them along - I did get a phone call earlier than expected. This was a huge inconvenience that I believe could have been avoided. More
