Scott went over and above his call of duty working at the Jeep dealership he extended his courtesy to Kelly Ford to reach out for a ford warranty problem he did take care of this issue and Ford will do a factory warranty on my explorer he was great and he went out of his way which also helps make the deal see Scott when you go in but I am sure all representatives would be the same there More
