Love the New Car Car buying is too often a painful experience, but Justin made it easy and enjoyable. I didn't feel pressured to buy any particular vehicle or add on additional options, and the negotiation was smooth and professional. I left the dealership a very satisfied customer, and although I've only had the vehicle (Chrysler 300) for a couple of days, I'm convinced that I made the right choice. 2015 Compass lease I was turning in a leased 2012 Compass for a 2015 Compass and overall it was a smooth process. I can't say I look forward to leasing/buying cars but i I was turning in a leased 2012 Compass for a 2015 Compass and overall it was a smooth process. I can't say I look forward to leasing/buying cars but it was basically a stress free experience. I thought they could have comped an oil change or two though. Steve did a lot of the legwork, saving me from doing it (i.e. canceling plates). Driving out with a full tank of gas was nice. More
