Exceptional Experience! I set out in research of leasing a vehicle after financing my previous 10+ vehicles so I was a little hesitant about leasing and the process. I conta I set out in research of leasing a vehicle after financing my previous 10+ vehicles so I was a little hesitant about leasing and the process. I contacted other leasing companies, but didn't get the information or help I was looking for. I eventually came across eAutoLease after googling (I think that's a word) as much as I could about leasing. I filled out the online contact information and I was contacted by Adam Braiman of eAutoLease and had the best experience I could have imagined leasing my vehicle. From the very first phone call, he was all about helping me get what I wanted, was straight forward about my options, explained everything in detail, answered all my question and if he didn't know the answer right then, he made sure to get back to me with the answers. He really put the customer first, it was not about "making a sell". I wasn't new to buying a car, but new dealing with eAutoLease so I made sure I did my research, but he did all of the legwork for me; finding the vehicle I wanted, researching other vehicles I asked about, and most importantly, making sure I was getting a good deal. I never had to step foot onto a dealership, unless I just wanted to test drive or look at a vehicle myself. He took all of my information over the phone, he even made himself available to text at anytime. Once I decided on a vehicle, Adam had the process done within a day! And to take it a step further, I am located in Central NJ, but Adam offered and insisted to bring the car to me. At that point I was little in shock and thought this was all too good to be true. But reality struck when Adam pulled up to my home with the vehicle and paperwork and I just singed the documents and he gave me the keys. I didn't even address my trade, but in short, they valued my trade right there and gave me fair deal... I can go on and on about how great my experience was, and it was great, but I'll just end here by saying, Adam Braiman and eAutoLease was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will DEFINITELY go back to them for any other vehicle I decide to get in the future!
