Finance Directer was the best part of the transaction. He knew we had to be at our granddaughters dance recital and he expedited the paperwork nicely. Even followed up on how the recital went. I was impressed with how he sensed the urgency of the moment. Sales manger was a bit deceiving. We were not ready to buy a new car however after visiting 3 Toyota dealerships 441 Toyota had the vehicle my wife liked and they pounced. The sales manager lead us to believe that our trade in was going to be wholesaled but 2 days after the transaction they are selling it on their lot for $2300 more than that they gave us for it. I went against every control I put in place when buying a new car and paid more than I should've, 441 Toyota did their job buy getting the most for their vehicle and giving us less for ours. Ultimately it was my decision to buy it so the culpability falls on me. More

IMELES was the ONLY sales person, out of about TWENTY! !! Toyota dealerships I visited, that actually LISTENED to my requests. I told him what I wanted; He delivered! I purchased my Toyota RAV4 from him, !! Toyota dealerships I visited, that actually LISTENED to my requests. I told him what I wanted; He delivered! I purchased my Toyota RAV4 from him, exactly how I wanted it, even a couple of more features on top. But, more important, IMELES also LISTENED to my PRICE request! I only had so much money I could afford. He made it happen. VERY HAPPY with IMELES! More
