For a luxury dealership, this feels like an unnecessary surcharge and detracts from the overall customer experience. It makes me wonder what's next—charging for water or coffee in the waiting area? I appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Indira, but I hope the dealership reconsiders this policy. More
