Very knowledgeable and professional team! I recently traded in my 2018 Outback (which I bought here from Inna Perez). Extremely pleased with that experience and all my service needs since then so I naturally returned to buy my new 2026 Outback. I received the same outstanding experience with Carlos Cabral and am so pleased to see Inna not only still with the dealership but that she has been recognized for her superior customer experience skills and Subaru knowledge that she is now business manager. After leasing for 3 years, I purchased the Crosstrek. For a total of 8 years, I solely used their Service Center for all maintenance and the occasional repair. The best! This is my 3rd Subaru purchase. No 'pressure" from Steve. Joe Messina gets a 'thumbs up" for making sure your at ease and asks if you are comfortable with process. Cannot say enough about Inna Perez, the woman has found her calling in being Business Manager. She is friendly, personable & patient. She is a pleasure to sit & speak with, she moves along quickly & efficiently her knowledge makes her an outstanding valuable employee along with Joe & Steve, I must acknowledge the service department also. Over the years I have been extremely satisfied with their understanding & completion of service in a timely manner. Recently I have dealt with Justin Luiz, once for an emergency tire issue, with no appointment on a Friday afternoon Justin took care of the issue & I was on my way sooner than I expected. Justin seems to enjoy his job & seeing to it that the customer is satisfied & happy. I think he has found his 'niche' in this service & wish him well...also a valuable employee. More

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE: I paid about $3000+ for the extended warranty on my new 2022 Subaru Forester. I inquired about having the dealership installing an electric starter. I paid about $3000+ for the extended warranty on my new 2022 Subaru Forester. I inquired about having the dealership installing an electric starter. They quoted me a price in the $600+ range. Spin City Auto Glass said they would install the same unit for around $340 so I went with them. In the end, the unit that was installed was causing my battery to short out. When I brought it to Stateline Subaru Maintenance Departmentto see what the issue was, I was told that my extended warranty was null and void because I had someone else other than a Subaru dealership install the remote starter/ plug into the original electrical system other than Stateline. I was furious. Spin City Auto Glass removed the unit and gave me my money back --- and the battery short issue ceased. THE KICKER: Spin City Auto Glass is the company that Stateline Subaru contracts to install their Remote Starters. The owner of Spin City told me this when I dropped off the remote starter that was uninstalled. When I informed the Stateline Maintenance team that this voided warranty should be reinstated because SPIN CITY does all their remote staters anyways, I was told to "go POUND SAND. The warranty on the electrics of my new Subaru would not be reinstated." Honestly -- you cannot make this SHADY and awful customer service up. More
