This place seems like its ran like a mom&pop shop very unprofessional...They will also pressure you to leave a review within 24hrs so they can hit their mark/goal for the month so be cautious to not leave a review until youre 100% satisfied, Only person to actually help me was Shaun. Disappointing and slow. Took 9 days to deliver my vehicle (simple sale within state of MA) two errors with paperwork to insurance company, 5 hours in waiting room but got a f Took 9 days to deliver my vehicle (simple sale within state of MA) two errors with paperwork to insurance company, 5 hours in waiting room but got a free coffee, salesman disappeared and "got the flu" when I reached out to dealership and got transferred to sales manager, unresponsive to text, calls, had to go on website and use virtual chat to get in touch with anyone. Left work early to get car, got pushed to the next day. Gimmicks with .9% financing. Don't go here place is a joke. Felt like it was the first time they ever processed a transaction. Should have went to Mastria. More
