The team at Toyota of Wallingford was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of purchasing our 2011 Toyota Highlander SE. Ron Jackson is professional, courteous, informed, a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of purchasing our 2011 Toyota Highlander SE. Ron Jackson is professional, courteous, informed, and was completely focused on our specific needs. The negotiating process can be exhausting but after visiting 5 dealerships to perform our diligence we ultimately did business with Toyota of Wallingford because of how comfortable Ron made us feel. The cost was secondary to getting the vehicle we wanted with the limited time our 2 year old would allow! Ron & Paul were a great team and helped make the process enjoyable. My wife and I have bought 6 cars together throughout the years and this was by far our most enjoyable experience. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and will be back to do business with Ron and Paul as well as the the rest of the friendly staff at Toyota of Wallingford again. Thanks again! More

I submitted a request online and within a few hours I received a phone call from Ron Jackson. Ron told me some details about the dealership and wanted to setup an appointment with me to come in to test received a phone call from Ron Jackson. Ron told me some details about the dealership and wanted to setup an appointment with me to come in to test drive the vehicle I inquired about. When I arrived I was met my Ron who introduced to Dan Roberts (he would be the salesman for this purchase). Dan reviewed the basic information submitted online and then had a Tacoma pulled up to the door so I could test drive. I told him that I was not certain what I wanted or even if I was going to purchase a vehicle. Dan acknowledged that fact and indicated he understood. Dan was extremely pleasant, easy-going, and did not attempt to pressure me into purchasing the vehicle during the test drive as other Toyota dealers tried to do. Upon returning we sat and discussed pricing. Because I was not sure what I wanted to told them I would contact them in a few days. In the meantime, I conducted some research on the vehicle and went to two other Toyota dealers. I received what I thought was a better deal on the same vehicle and a higher trade-in value. I contacted Ron Jackson and told him of the difference and within a few hours he notified me that they would match the price. Ron was very pleasant and easy to work with and I believe understood that I was trying to get the best deal going. On the day of “paperwork”, I worked with Paul S. to get the deal completed. He was great to work with and spent more time than I ever imaged fully explaining every piece of paper he was giving me and we even shared some life experiences. He also provided some great suggestions to save even more $$$ than I did on this purchase. I took advantages of those savings and he even completed the paperwork for it!!!!! Not what I expected from a profit driven industry. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that dealers have costs associated with operating a business and try to pass them all on the customer; however I did not feel this way at this dealership. I am sure they made some cash off of this deal, but by doing research and comparison shopping I was able to make it work to my benefit. If you want to purchase a new vehicle from a dealership that does not have the “expected tactics of a new or used car dealer” visit Toyota of Wallingford. You will be pleasantly surprised. More

I've never posted a review of anything before, but the quality of this dealership prompted me too. No one likes to go new car shopping, but it was a pleasure to do so at Toyota of Wallingford. Beginning quality of this dealership prompted me too. No one likes to go new car shopping, but it was a pleasure to do so at Toyota of Wallingford. Beginning with Ron in the internet department before I even got there, it was a very easy and pleasant process. The minute you walk in, the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, from the smiling receptionist who greeted us to the sales manager to the customer relations manager. Dan Roberts, the salesman, was very attentive and enthusiastic, from the test drives to the delivery of my new car. I came back to the service department a week later, and everyone in that department was just as helpful and friendly. Great dealership, I would highly recommend them... More
