Great Experience! I liked how uncomplicated the entire process was. I was able to discuss my wishes with Ira Booker, and he was very responsive to my needs. We were able to do almost everything over the phone, which was very nice given the current public health emergency. Once at the dealership, Mr. Booker did a great job showing us the car and its features. The entire purchase was over in less than 90 minutes. We would definitely recommend people purchase a care from him. I was pleased that he wore a mask and that he sanitized the car before I test drove it. It was a great experience overall! More

I didn't feel bombarded with high pressure sales' techniques, as he was genuine, not at all "pushy" and very centered, sweet and honest. Ask for Ira G. Booker if you are looking for a great advocate. The finance guys were also awesome and I am so glad for the overall experience!!! More

The front line salesperson, Ira Booker, was outstanding, knew his product, and was patient with me as I learned My experience was extremely positive. The front line salesperson, Ira Booker, was outstanding, knew his product, and was patient with me as I learned about all BMW machines have to offer. The sales managers Jim and Whey both are examples of excellence. Excellent communication skills helped us to find a balance to our deal where I feel like I received a fair deal and a new opportunity to experience BMW as a daily driver. Greg in the finance booth was well prepared, timely since we traveled from De Witt, Iowa for this purchase, and thorough. I would not only recommend this dealership to others, I plan on working with these professionals again with future vehicle needs. Thank you Ira for changing my perception on what it would be like to purchase a BMW. I'm excited to drive my 540i with XDrive!! More
