Great buying experience! Love my little Porsche! I wasn't in the market for a cute little Porsche convertible, however as I drove by there it was! Calling my name. Had my teenage son with me and we d I wasn't in the market for a cute little Porsche convertible, however as I drove by there it was! Calling my name. Had my teenage son with me and we didn't even test drive it, but an hour later we were back, driving on a sunny but chilly fall day. It wasn't an expensive car but Ira Booker treated me like I was spending a million bucks. It was so late in the day the dealership was closing but the entire staff stayed to make sure all the paperwork was done so that we could drive away that night with the "new" to us car. While the car was 20 years old it came with a warranty and is currently in the BMW shop getting a few things fixed. No questions asked Mark Mears (service dept) just said "bring it back in and we will take care of it". While it will be a few months before it is convertible weather again, I will be ready when it is here! Couldn't be more happy with my decision to purchase this vehicle through the BMW dealer as it gives me a sense of relief to know they also have a great service center in case there are any issues. More

Service Friendliness Service tech and outside gentleman (the person who cleaned my car and suggested how to remove stain from window trim) were friendly and most helpful. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Ira, and each experience has been great! When someone actually gets to know the people he’s selling a car to, it’s really a beautiful thing. This gentleman took the time to get to know my family, and really listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for. The process went very smoothly and each time I come to the dealership, Ira greets me with a hug! From not knowing a person, to having that sort of relationship, I would recommend Ira and BMW of Des Moines to anyone! Solomon, in the finance department, took the time to explain our options and really wanted to make our experience a great one! We even saw him driving on the street on a different day and he remembered us and waved!! This is the kind of place you want to give your business to! More
