Our sales client, Ira Booker, was awesome and educated us on Diesel and how the performance would be with this vehicle. We are thrilled with our beautiful car and certainly can't say enough about the great service the whole team gave us. The interactive star rating below is not working on my computer right now. you may want to tell your website support person about that. We would aware a five star rating to everyone we worked with. I don't like purchasing cars at all but Ira made the experience pleasant and that is almost impossible for me. More

My salesperson (Ira Booker) was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was nervous about taking the step to buy a BMW, but Ira put me at ease with his knowledge and passion about BMWs. Ira also took a lot of time making sure that I received an amount for my trade-in that I was comfortable with. Once we had agreed on a purchase price, I headed over to Solomon Thorpe's office to go over the financing and warranty paperwork. Solomon was very personable and made the normally tedious paperwork go by like a breeze. I felt that he really worked hard to explain all of the warranty options and we ended up with a package that worked best for me. More

He took the time to go over everything with me and I ordered exactly what I wanted, which was a cool car with a focus on safety. He explained all the different options to me in detail which was very helpful. Ira has remained in touch after the sale and has assured me that he is here to continue to help me in anyway possible. Nathan Barr is the BMW Genius at BMW of Des Moines and I rate him 100% also. He is there to help clients learn how to operate their BMW with whatever degree of help they need. I needed lots of help.
