I returned to Jay Honda, showed them the documents and they worked with me to turn in my Accord and leave with a 2016 CRV. They are very knowledgeable, worked with my budget, totally addressed my concerns about the offers from other dealerships. I appreciated the information about maintenance warranties but declined those offers. The dealership went above and beyond finding the vehicle that I wanted! More

We stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes before someone asked if we needed any help while there were plenty of people walking by or near by. Once we said we an appointment with Dennis, we were immediately brought over to him and were were taken care of all the way through. Dennis answered all of our questions, knew the car inside and out, and got exactly the car I wanted quickly, especially because I had a hard deadline with my rental. He kept me in the loop for his search and got through all the paperwork without issues. Would definitely use them again for my next car. More

We'd done some of the work o Worked with Charles, Mark, and Ira at Jay Honda yesterday to lease a new Odyssey for my wife. The experience was great. We'd done some of the work over the phone but I was still very impressed that we were there less than two hours total, including Charles showing my wife how to work all the tech in the car and putting the temp tag on for us. Wanted to call out the GM Mark Lyon in particular since he's clearly setting the right tone in this dealership. My only compliant is that they would not sell me the little 1972 Honda 600 they have on display in the showroom :-). More
