I first went in back in October to look at a Civic, and they worked with me and answered all of my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable before I bought. They were very patient with me, as it took me over four months to make up my mind to buy! But when I did, Jay Honda and Tony were no-brainers. I would highly recommend them! More

Tony took the time to show me all of the features of my new car, even setting up my bluetooth, so I could leave the lot knowing how everything works. Ira was very personable and had all of my paperwork ready to go, so all I had to do was sign and go. We have referred our family and friends, and will continue to do business with Tony in the future. A breath of fresh air Last week was my second time at Jay Honda. My first time was 3 years ago when I leased a civic and Ira was my salesperson. Since then Ira has moved to Last week was my second time at Jay Honda. My first time was 3 years ago when I leased a civic and Ira was my salesperson. Since then Ira has moved to a different position so I was super nervous to go to someone new. Omar contacted me a few times coming up on the time when my lease was due to see where I was in the process. When I got there Omar had a huge smile and a big friendly voice. He immediately made me feel comfortable. I was super impressed by how much he knew about all the cars available and gave a ton of practical advice. Ira was amazing at getting everything done quickly and even did more than I hoped or even expected. They were both respectful of my budget and my car buying needs. I didn't feel pressured and ultimately ended up with a great car under what my max budget was. Omar took 30 extra minutes after all my paperwork was signed to show me how to work everything in my new car and went over some of the videos on the Hondatech tutor website with me. Both Omar and Ira made my car buying experience like something out of a commercial. They work so well together and are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have recommended this dealership to anyone that will listen all because of the exceptional customer service from these two. In an industry where some people are trying to get people in and out and the stereotypes of people putting you into anything to get a deal done, these two are a breath of fresh air and the art of working with people is not lost on them. Personal customer satisfaction Tony Spitalieri has made my looking forward to 2017 a real exciting time. Tony spent several weeks with me working out a deal that was right for myself and my current position in life. Going through hard times is not very easy but it's people like Tony that help u make it thru. Tony was extremely professional, courteous, and understanding of my financial situation. With that being said he took the business end of buying a car out of the picture and dealt with me on a personal level. For that reason I will be a repeat customer of his for years to come. All of my family, friends, and co-workers will know my story and hopefully will bring him more business. In closing Tony was a fantastic person not salesman to deal with and I really appreciated it greatly! More
