Great Customer Service Lauryn I took my Mom to Jay Honda back in Feb 2016 and when we arrived it was a busy Saturday afternoon and all of the sales people were busy, but Lauryn who I took my Mom to Jay Honda back in Feb 2016 and when we arrived it was a busy Saturday afternoon and all of the sales people were busy, but Lauryn who's the receptionist not only greeted us she also SOLD my Mom her 16 CRV!!! I was so pleased with her service that I went back and purchased a 16 Accord sedan and I only wanted to work with Lauryn, because she's warm, welcoming, and caring, I not only got a great deal on my Accord thanks to her and Joe(finance manager ) I also made a my friend/sister!!! On a personal side, my husband is diabetic Steve was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. He appeared to be honest and gave me all my options. On a personal side, my husband is diabetic and his sugar dropped while at the dealership. Steve offered to fix a plate of food for him from the lunch that was brought in for Honda Employees. He made me feel at ease and did not apply any pressure on me to buy on the spot. My salesman n was cordial, friendly, easy to talk to and very patient when it came to getting my paperwork lined up. He is a hands on natural, smart and easy going person. My sales person kept in touch with me through the whole process. If I was to buy a house I would want him as my agent, or if I need a lawyer he would be the one. I really felt he had my best interest at heart and was really there to make it happen from beginning to end. When the deal was closed I really felt like he was sending me off to college or leaving home with a new car! He made sure all the car system and balances checked out, made sure I was comfortable, and again showed me the "get me started ins and outs" of my new car! He made sure that when I left that lot I was a happy camper. I am. Oh and the rest of the staff was just as friendly like one big happy family! More

I owned a 2013 Honda CRV and did not know if I wanted to lease / purchase / stay with the CRV / or change to an Accord. Tony Spitalieri and Sean McGrath walked me through all my options and I ended up with what I really wanted; a 2016 leased Accord LX. Ira Jackson-Carpenter managed the financing and went an extra step to further reduce my lease payments.
