He made me feel at ease and did not apply any pressure on me to buy on the spot. My salesman n was cordial, friendly, easy to talk to and very patient when it came to getting my paperwork lined up. He is a hands on natural, smart and easy going person. My sales person kept in touch with me through the whole process. If I was to buy a house I would want him as my agent, or if I need a lawyer he would be the one. I really felt he had my best interest at heart and was really there to make it happen from beginning to end. When the deal was closed I really felt like he was sending me off to college or leaving home with a new car! He made sure all the car system and balances checked out, made sure I was comfortable, and again showed me the "get me started ins and outs" of my new car! He made sure that when I left that lot I was a happy camper. I am. Oh and the rest of the staff was just as friendly like one big happy family! More

Tony Spitalieri and Sean McGrath walked me through all my options and I ended up with what I really wanted; a 2016 leased Accord LX. Ira Jackson-Carpenter managed the financing and went an extra step to further reduce my lease payments.
