Ira sold me my car and he was so knowledgeable along with friendly and willing to help at any turn I felt like he was my best friend from years ago. Omar in the next desk kept me laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. Mike in finance was more than just great. Extremely friendly and such a fun guy! The combination of those 3 guys made everything worth it. I will never purchase from anyone but those 3 guys especially Ira. Would I go back! HECK YES!! More

He was so nice to my wife and I and was so knowledgeable about the process and van. We went to another dealer (Kia) before visiting with Omar and it was night and day, the other dealer tried all the "tricks" and we left feeling like we were taken advantage of. Not the case with Omar, Michael Schaefer and all the people at Jay Honda. While we waited for financing to come through everyone in the dealership was incredibly friendly, the gentleman whose desk was next to Omar's (Ira Jackson-Carpenter) was very friendly as well. I cannot express how happy I am with my experience with Omar and everyone at Jay Honda, not to mention the great deal we got on the Van. They didn't try any "tricks" and were very upfront with us, they gave us a great deal on our trade in and we couldn't be happier. When I hear of a friend/family or stranger mention they are on the market for a car, I will be sending them to Omar. Jay Honda and Omar have earned my business for life. Fantastic buying experience! I'm officially a Jay Honda fan! Due to an auto accident, I was not expecting to purchase a car and was very motivated to purchase quickly. I visited 6 I'm officially a Jay Honda fan! Due to an auto accident, I was not expecting to purchase a car and was very motivated to purchase quickly. I visited 6 different dealerships for test drives and talked to 3 others via email; I was sick of cars, car buying, and stereotypical car salesman tactics. Some I couldn't give money to and others were only too eager to take what was in my hand, my pocket, my change tray, and my fillings if they were gold. I stopped into Jay Honda as an after thought. From the moment I walked into the door I was treated as a valued customer. It wasn't about getting me into the best version of what was on the lot, it was about getting me the best car for my budget and preferences. Ira didn't focus on selling me THE car, he worked with me to find the right car. Turns out that was a fabulous new car with some bells and a few whistles in all the places I wanted for the price I wanted. It was so easy and painless I almost didn't believe it. I visited late in the day, but at no point did Ira mention that it was almost closing time. I requested a test drive and the vehicle with the trim I wanted was stored on the backup lot. Ira just let me know he would be gone for a few extra minutes and got the car. I point out those two instances because a salesman right up the road did the opposite. The transparent buying process, no pressure sales, and rapport I had with Ira sold me a Honda in about 40 minutes (that's inclusive of test drives). I've already recommended Jay Honda, and specifically Ira, to two people and an out of state friend wants to come here just to buy her next Honda. I'm sold! More

My first experience was so wonderful that I couldn't imagine not going back there for the second lease. My salesman, Ira, made the process easy and enjoyable, and helped me get into exactly what I wanted with my 2nd lease. I didn't feel like anything was being pushed on me, and I really felt like he worked hard to help keep me within the budget I presented to him when I first contacted him. And the entire staff there is beyond friendly . . the managers, the receptionist, all of the sales staff, finance, service department . . . they really make you feel welcome and appreciate your business. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! I look forward to doing business with them again. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I shopped at Jay Honda. My Salesman, Ira Jackson-Carpenter, was LOW to NO pressure. He was not only knowledgeable about the car I wanted,, he was also personable, and professional. Most importantly, he actually listened and addressed every comment and concern I had. about the car and the buying process. The climate of the showroom, and the demeanor of all of the employees there was unique experience in an auto dealership. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who finds buying a car laborious and off-putting. You may be pleasantly surprised.. As for Ira, but if he's not available, I wouldn't be surprised that anyone who is available would treat you just as well. More
