My experience was not a good one. I felt like I was rushed to make a decision just so they can sell a car. It was your typical stereotypical car dealership experience. I cannot wait for the brick and m rushed to make a decision just so they can sell a car. It was your typical stereotypical car dealership experience. I cannot wait for the brick and mortar car buying experience to come to an end. If Carvana had new cars, I would purchased one with them. I will be trading in my car soon because it reminds me so much of my bad buying experience. But they got their sale so I'm sure they couldn't care less. More

I got a great deal on my car thanks to the manager (Adrian) and that’s about the best thing I can say about Miami Lakes. I completed the deal online and over the phone as I’m a few hours away from the (Adrian) and that’s about the best thing I can say about Miami Lakes. I completed the deal online and over the phone as I’m a few hours away from the dealership in xx Augustine. The salesman that worked with me was able to deliver my car to me and take my old car as a trade in. This was the easiest part of the process. What made it difficult was being told that someone was going to call you back at a certain time to discuss financing or being told that paperwork would be sent over right away and that not actually happening. Luckily I work from home and have a flexible schedule, otherwise it would have been xxxx getting this deal closed as I normally work in a call center. I had to call the dealership multiple times a day to ensure my paperwork was being done and would be sent over for me to sign. After around two days of me waiting for the paperwork, my address is listed on there incorrectly. So it takes another day for me to receive the corrected forms, and the address is STILL wrong. After getting the paperwork out of the way, we can finally seal the deal. My credit has been reviewed by several banks and I know who I’m financing through. Fast forward a month later and I still haven’t gotten information from the bank on how I’m supposed to pay my car note . I reach out to the dealership a few days before my payment is due and they inform me that Kia has had issues funding deals and someone would reach out to me when it’s time for me to make my first payment. Okay.. cool, no problem. UNTIL I get another hard inquiry on my credit from the same bank I’m financing through! This now makes my credit score drop because it’s outside the range of when the other banks reviewed my credit report. In addition to this, I referred my stepsister to Miami Lakes after receiving my car. She wanted the same exact car as me and wanted it in a similar price range. She worked with the same salesman as I did and they gave her the runaround or didn’t reach back out to her until she finally went to Family Kia of xx Augustine and got a great deal. A few days after she got the car, she received a call from the Miami Lakes salesman telling her that he was sick. Very convenient. If I could go back in time, I would definitely consider working with this dealership instead. Lastly, my registration. It was supposed to take around a month for me to get it in the mail. Miami Lakes was supposed to receive it and mail it to me. That never happened and my temp tag expired. I reached out to my salesman and he assured me that he would check to see if it came in the mail, if so, he’d mail it to me or mail me an updated temp tag. I wait, and never got a response. Miami Lakes is so busy helping in house customers, that they neglect the ones from out of town. I’m very unhappy that I have to constantly call this dealership for them to assist me. I should not be the one managing them. That’s their job. I’m sure you can get a good deal from this dealership, but consider the amount of work you’ll have to go through to get the deal and after the deal has been closed. Not worth it in my opinion. Update: Miami Lakes worked very hard to get my issues resolved after voicing my concerns. I greatly appreciate the work they put in, to ensure my needs were met. Irving went above and beyond. I’m very thankful for his hard work and support! More

I have tried for 2 days after several phone calls and a voice mail yesterday to Jesus to speak with finance. Nobody will take a minute to speak with me I keep hearing that there busy . This is by far the worst customer service and worst finance department that I’ve felt with. I have questions did my gap insurance refund since I traded my 2018 car in . However the people over at Chrysler are great and friendly. I bought 2 new cars in 2018. Just wish I would have went elsewhere for my Chevrolet. More

They are liars and scammers, told me I wouldn't get approved for the loan if I didn't add warranty and gap I said sure they told me free oil changes and all mechanical failures, it turned out it only covered tires and key fob replacement which is only valid if the dealer gives you 2 keys which they didn't give me. LIARS AND SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!!!!! More
