So since then been back and fourth for over a month trying to contact the person that would handle getting it fixed as I would of never bought it if I would had seen that as I did on the next morning after purchase . Till today I am still trying to get the car in for a second time as it wasn’t properly fixed by the body shop the first time they said they fixed it. Warning don’t go late and do check cars as it’s a way to get rid of cars that they know there was a problem with it . And being single mom and a woman I think I might of been taken advantage of . Over all not the experience I would of liked with these guys More

This dealership made sure that they emailed, called, and texted me numerous times to remind me to do this survey. However, when it came time to pick up my license plate, no one even bothered to tell me it w texted me numerous times to remind me to do this survey. However, when it came time to pick up my license plate, no one even bothered to tell me it was ready. After calling and leaving voicemails (that they won’t respond to either), for 2 weeks, I FINALLY got ahold of someone who told me it was ready. I drive back to the dealership and apparently, only ONE person in the entire Miami Lakes dealership has the key to get in the room that has all the license plates and surprise surprise, they weren’t there that day. I call back the following Monday (the day my tags expire) to make sure that the person with the key is actually there and no one picks up again. I just want to pick up my plates in peace, I will never recommend Miami Lakes dealership to anyone. More

I knew that the price I saw on the website wasn’t the actual price of the car ahead of time. I appreciate that the car salesman I had didn’t give me some xxxxxxxx and told me straight up that they do tha actual price of the car ahead of time. For his honesty, I chose to buy my Kia at Miami Lakes. I feel like they were genuinely willing to work with me on the APR that I wanted, despite my limited credit history. The only major con was that it took about an hour just to meet with someone from the finance department to sign some paperwork. Other than that, I had a good experience. More
