Horrible customer service, manipulation and disrespect. Worked with The general and sales manager which both were absolutely no help and not professional. Everything they say gets turned around and seems just to be a “miscommunicated” which is what they use as an excuse. Save your self a headache and find a better dealership. Very disappointed in the whole staff but who can blame them when they have lack of good management.

Initially they were very responsive, and the ordering process was easy. After I placed my order and was waiting for the order bank to open, the dealership had reached out to me zero times in 2 months, even after the order banks opened and other dealers were reaching out to me. I’ve called 4 times, and each time I was told I would get a call back. On my third call I frustratingly mentioned this, and I got a call back relatively quickly. The fourth time I called to cancel my order due to awful communication, they said they would call back and haven’t in over a week. No surprise. I didn’t know it was so hard to spend $80k+ on a vehicle. At least they don’t accept deposits until your order is allocated.

The level of distrust with your dealership is the fact that I was quoted a priced on Friday night. I came back on Saturday to purchase a vehicle and the price it went up by $1000 due to the dealers belief that there were other buyers that could purchase a vehicle. Ultimately I bought the vehicle however I feel like this is a Shady practice as a bait and switch. Also noticed that it was a certified preowned vehicle that had not had a oil change with less than 50% of life on the oil. Discovered after I purchased it that the alignment was off As well. I’m not even sure at this point the vehicle was checked out and serviced. I hooked it up to the Ford App to the vehicle and it told me there was a recall that I need to take care of! I don’t believe they did anything as far as certifying that the vehicle was good to go. the dealer just took a vehicle with low miles and put it on the lot. This truly will be one of those stories that if you’re happy you tell one person but if you’re unhappy you tell 10 people. Ultimately the salesman is the only reason I haven’t went to multiple platforms to illustrate my Frustration with the dealership
