Yaela made the whole experience easy, informative and overall one of the best deals we have ever purchased. I called the other dealership and cancelled the purchase to buy from Pat Lobb due to her knowledge. In fact, everyone we spoke or dealt with had the best attitude and you could tell that they loved their job. We live in Garland, TX but I will give Pat Lobb our future oil changes, etc. going forward. More
