My wife and I had already given another dealership the go ahead for a Highlander when I came across a better deal on a Highlander that had more options at Pat Lobb. I had an appointment on Saturday 12. 13.25 at 8 am. Joel Casper was my Service Advisor but he would not put my car on a lift to see what exactly was rattling up under it. He stated that he knew for a fact that they didn't have any parts for my make of car. Well, I bought the car from Pat Lobb Toyota but he just told me to go to a dealership that makes Mazda's. I couldn't believe he wouldn't even check to figure out the damage and order the part. Then Joel Casper told someone to give me the address to a dealership down the road. When I told the other dealership what happened, they fit me in right away and ordered the damaged part. I pre-paid for everything and was told they will call me to make an appointment once it arrives. Why couldn't Pat Lobb do that? More
