Hi! Not everyone, we had good experience till I brought the car very concern that makes noise like old carriage, we drive long miles and I evan requested test ride with me present, I thought maybe technican couldn’t catch it…and Mark did it, and when I asked do you hear it he said oo that, that’s normal, my girlfriend has same care, that’s normal sound of suspension, I saw I am waistin my and his time obviously so I told him to finish the test ride, and that sound is not normal for new car, not even for old one, and that I ll take it somewhere else for inspection, my husband booked another appointment by mistake at your dealership, and he decided to take it anyway, and another person did inspection and laughed, and couldn’t believe what they told me, ordered parts for suspension to be replaced for few days earlier perfectly tight car!
