In Sept 2019, a bad recall happened where none of my rear lights worked leaving the dealer for the first time. A police officer stopped me and said "nice truck sir but none of your rear lights are working" I returned the next day and had sales, service, dealer and service manger was on me and my truck to find out what happened. It got fixed. My last service was Jan 2023. My Ford Pass did not connect. General Sales Manager Mark Sherlock and General Manager Angela Wong has not returned calls. Parent company Lithia Motors doesn't respond to back to emails. So in the end the truck was sold from under me. So BUYERS BEWARE OF HONOLULU FORD/LITHIA MOTORS!!! Best advice I can offer anyone at this time it to get the final total price in writting and have an agreement copy which is signed by both you, a manager and if possible a witness that you brought with you!!! More
