My sales associate, Louis Gentile, was very knowledgeable about the Honda brand and was by far the best sales person to work with. He walked me through the entire process from initial decision to final signing of the deal. He listened to what I needed and worked with the entire dealership to make sure that I felt comfortable with my lease. Please stop in the see Louis Gentile and you will not be disappointed. More

Ryan Anderson and the dealership are excellent Ryan Anderson is a professional, kind, honest, patient, and extremely helfpful sales person. Not only did he show me the best features of the car mode Ryan Anderson is a professional, kind, honest, patient, and extremely helfpful sales person. Not only did he show me the best features of the car model I wanted to buy, he also convinced me to buy the higher model of the same car, just by pointing out an enhanced safety feature during the car drive and without being pushy at all. When I went back to conclude the deal, we had only 20 minutes before my bank would close for the weekend. Ryan was able to get an acceptable price for my old car from his manager (who is a kind person too) and accompanied me to the nearest bank that was on the point of closing, waiting outside in my car till I completed the transaction. In few hours, I entered the dealership with my old car and exited it with the new one, all taken care of (insurance, temporary documents, etc.). Afterwards, Ryan has always been kind and patiently answered all the questions I had related to the use of my new car. I highly recommend Ryan and the Paul Miller Honda dealership. More

We love our 2011 Honda Accord from Paul Miller Honda! The staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. Lou was so very professional and helpful. A very smooth and enjoyable transaction. Lou and Isabel are why I have given great ratings. I had purchased another car from Lou. He is a very intuitive salesperson. There is only concern there. Yes, he wants to make a sale but that isn't all he i purchased another car from Lou. He is a very intuitive salesperson. There is only concern there. Yes, he wants to make a sale but that isn't all he is interested in. It's obvious he wants to help you get the best possible car for your needs. He did that with the first used car I purchased in 2009 and he did again in 2013. I am so in love with my new used Honda that I can't wait to drive it. Smooth ride, very comfortable for my body size and I absolutely love the 5speed stick shift. I wasn't sure I wanted another standard shift-I had been driving stick shifts my whole driving career. But, Lou said 'no this is the car for you' and it definitely is. Isabel is also a sweetie. The bank turned me down because I had no credit pay off history but Isabel said my great credit rating would be welcomed by Honda financing and it was. I appreciated her kindness. I was emotionally upset having just had an accident and both she and Lou were supportive and caring. I will refer everyone I know to Lou, Isabel and Paul Miller. Noel Freudberg More
