I visited several dealers (Honda, Acura, BMW and Audi) while looking for a pre-owned Acura TL and in addition to having the best fit in terms of the actual car I was looking for this dealer had the best c while looking for a pre-owned Acura TL and in addition to having the best fit in terms of the actual car I was looking for this dealer had the best customer service. The car had been well serviced and was in excellent condition (brakes, new tires etc.). Ryan Anderson was a pleasure to deal with and provided friendly service before and after the sale. I was very impressed overall with this dealer, and the staff. After having owned a Honda Accord for ten years, and being impressed with the reliability of the car, I am probably a lifelong Honda motor customer I would put this dealer at the top of my list when purchasing a new car even though there are more than five Honda dealers closer to my home. More

He was firm in his approach but very kind and informative. On my first time visit we were able to begin the paperwork process and i was ecstatic. Melvin was a wonderful consultant whom i'd recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. However i cannot say the same for the financing manager. it was the worst experience i had ever encountered. She kept me waiting an hour and did not even apologize for taking so long. Her excuse was that she spent a whole hour on the phone taking to capital one trying to reduce my rate which was an OBVIOUS lie. Her use of foul language and inability to remain professional with an upset client was awful. I had asked to speak to the sales manager and she immediately refused and said that the sales manager was going to end up giving her all the paperwork a, so i may as well not see the sales manager. By the end of the entire process I was NOT happy to have purchased my very first vehicle. No matter what the circumstance, a professional manager diffuses bad situations rather than fueling them. More

From the start we explained that my stepson needed a car. He has no credit. I told them I had two car loans of my own. they "ran" my credit and said it would be tight but that they could do it.Well, they sai He has no credit. I told them I had two car loans of my own. they "ran" my credit and said it would be tight but that they could do it.Well, they said it should be a day so we went back the next day and we were told that the approval was for 5K less than the car so they picked us out another car...saying all along we were "approved" for that car.On friday night they kept us there until after 8PM telling us all along that there was no problem, we were apporved but that they were very busy. My step son knocked on the door to get their attention and they finally sat down with us. within 60 seconds and 26% later on a car with 96K on it at $471 a month I said please refund our deposit and thatnks for wasting out time. We now have to wait until Monday for a check..mind you we paid the deposit in cash! Dont go there, BAD customer service!!!!!! More

My wife and I were in the market for our 5th Honda vehicle and came upon Paul Miller Honda and had the fortunate opportunity to work with Mario Castellanos. Mario treated us both with such dignity and vehicle and came upon Paul Miller Honda and had the fortunate opportunity to work with Mario Castellanos. Mario treated us both with such dignity and respect as buyers/new customers. Over the years, we had purchased 4 Honda cars from another local dealership and as you would expect with typical customer loyalty, was about to go back for our 5th Honda. Unfortunately, their pricing was NOT very flexible and was NOT very competitive. So to be fair, this represents a competitive win for the Paul Miller Honda dealership to take business away from other local Honda dealers and build a new customer relationship; with much of the credit going to Mario's hard work, of course. Bravo Paul Miller Honda and thank you Mario!!! More

When we decided to make a purchase we were happily surprised that Isabel had been promoted to finance. She recommended Mario. We couldn't have been happier working with Mario. He's also very patient and his communication skills are excellent. He paid close attention to our needs and was very informative. Mario is very professional and we feel we got a fair deal.
