He took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel pressured, and genuinely wanted to make sure Krystal was happy and comfortable with her new car. Isaiah was great to work with and represented BMW extremely well. If you’re looking for someone who is straightforward, helpful, and truly cares about the customer experience, I would highly recommend asking for Isaiah. We couldn’t be happier with the experience! My salesperson Isaiah Sarasota BMW dealership. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. My salesperson Isaiah McKinney took the time to understand what I was looking for and arranged a test drive so I could really get a feel for the vehicle before deciding. He also clearly explained the features of the car. Nicholas in the finance department was just as helpful, walking me through the loan options and all the paperwork step by step, making sure I fully understood everything before signing. He was able to secure a great financing rate for me. I also appreciated the follow-up call from Isaiah after the purchase to ensure everything was going well with my new vehicle. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. Thank you for making the process so easy! More

Before we decided to l My wife and I came in to look at a specific used x5 but we weren’t crazy about it with milage, color and a few other features. Before we decided to leave, Isaiah brought up what they had on the used lot on his laptop and showed us another car they recently got in and we decided to look at it. He brought it around and we went for a quick drive and it had everything we wanted, half the milage, a color we liked much more and a few more things we found to be added value! Every question we had about the car, Isaiah had the knowledge about it and was able to answer quickly. We fell in love with it and bought it on the spot. We asked if there was a possibility to have it delivered and he offered to do it himself and took time at the end of his shift to drive it 40 minutes south for us! Finance office was a bit backed up but once we got in, it was quick and efficient and Jason was able to answer all questions about warranties and packages we decided to buy and he was also very knowledgeable and personable Fantastic service from Isaiah, overall a great experience and would highly recommend this BMW dealership and Isaiah to others on the search for their perfect vehicle!
