I had a great experience purchasing my car from the Sarasota BMW dealership. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. My salesperson Isaiah Sarasota BMW dealership. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. My salesperson Isaiah McKinney took the time to understand what I was looking for and arranged a test drive so I could really get a feel for the vehicle before deciding. He also clearly explained the features of the car. Nicholas in the finance department was just as helpful, walking me through the loan options and all the paperwork step by step, making sure I fully understood everything before signing. He was able to secure a great financing rate for me. I also appreciated the follow-up call from Isaiah after the purchase to ensure everything was going well with my new vehicle. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience. Thank you for making the process so easy! More

Brandon Wergelis and Chad Allard were a pleasure to work with from start to finish - friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Hunter Bates' and Nicole Fiore's deep technical experti with from start to finish - friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Hunter Bates' and Nicole Fiore's deep technical expertise were instrumental in climbing a steep learning curve on the fully-featured 550e xDrive's numerous capabilities. Though unfortunately the factory made a key misstep in the vehicle configuration (completely wrong color in the initial order execution, no fault of the dealership or staff, but required a second order), Brandon helped correct course and get us high in the queue as possible. As he transitioned to a new role, Chad stepped in seamlessly and drove the deal to completion with the professional finance assistance of Hassan El Hakim. Rahul Sharma was responsive and helpful as over the nearly year long period Brandon took a new role outside of new vehicle sales and enlisted Chad to do our delivery, which was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion would be to ensure that as these custom orders extend over many months, that the staff maintains contact at least periodically to keep its customers updated - especially important as are returning calls, as the BMW tracking tool appears to no longer be working (perhaps a website transition). Overall, we appreciate the kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff that helped us acquire an incredible driving machine! More

While the sales team was eager to complete the purchase before the end of the month, the vehicle was unfortunately not ready for delivery. It had a faulty rear tire and the interior did not appear to have been properly detailed. Thankfully, Brooke Braydon, Assistant Service Leader stepped in to smoothly resolve the tire issue when the sales staff and sales supervisor did not. She is very professional! Thank you. This was our second vehicle purchase from Sarasota BMW, and the overall experience with the sales department fell short of our first. There is definitely room for improvement in the delivery process and communication. Thank you. More
