He also clearly explained the features of the car. Nicholas in the finance department was just as helpful, walking me through the loan options and all the paperwork step by step, making sure I fully understood everything before signing. He was able to secure a great financing rate for me. I also appreciated the follow-up call from Isaiah after the purchase to ensure everything was going well with my new vehicle. Hunter Bates' and Nicole Fiore's deep technical expertise were instrumental in climbing a steep learning curve on the fully-featured 550e xDrive's numerous capabilities. Though unfortunately the factory made a key misstep in the vehicle configuration (completely wrong color in the initial order execution, no fault of the dealership or staff, but required a second order), Brandon helped correct course and get us high in the queue as possible. As he transitioned to a new role, Chad stepped in seamlessly and drove the deal to completion with the professional finance assistance of Hassan El Hakim. Rahul Sharma was responsive and helpful as over the nearly year long period Brandon took a new role outside of new vehicle sales and enlisted Chad to do our delivery, which was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion would be to ensure that as these custom orders extend over many months, that the staff maintains contact at least periodically to keep its customers updated - especially important as are returning calls, as the BMW tracking tool appears to no longer be working (perhaps a website transition). Overall, we appreciate the kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff that helped us acquire an incredible driving machine! More
