Sales guy was great but in typical fashion finance guy jammed me with an egregious rate even though I had credit union financing at a reasonable rate with excellent credit. Also they advertised the vehicle as being certified and at the last minute in finance office come to find out it was in fact not certified, another misleading practice. More
