They never want to use the warranty when it should be use. Always trying to scam and fraud the client. Stated couldn’t do the seatbelt recall for months because it’s based on vin. Reality was they alread use. Always trying to scam and fraud the client. Stated couldn’t do the seatbelt recall for months because it’s based on vin. Reality was they already took payment for it and didn’t want to install it. They only installed it because they hit my car. They fixed the dent and not the sensor. Isiah Washington is a childish manager has no integrity or customer service skills. Same goes for Peter. Today was the last straw and happy to never ever return as every interaction was a nightmare with them. We have a Honda, Toyota and Mercedes and no other service acts like them. More

It was a pleasure working with Daniel the Sales Mansger and Karl my assigned Salesman This is my third Palisade. We negotiated an excellent deal and the carr was ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. and Karl my assigned Salesman This is my third Palisade. Lisa the Finance Manager completed the final paperwork in 10 minutes. Just a great team effort. This was a wonderful experience. More

Sales people just want to close the deal. The Service Dept is the WORST. No appointments available for months, no loaner cars, they always want to keep your car the entire day - with no loane The Service Dept is the WORST. Sadly with a lease you have no choice. If you BUY the car there, service it somewhere else. More

Took my car for oil change. They broke some sensor. Tried to say it was already like that but it clearly wasn't. Said they had proof so I asked for it. They couldn't give any. They broke some sensor. Said come back another time but wouldn't give an appointment. Total scammers. More

For the last 5 years my experience at South Shore Hyundai dealership has been nothing short of excellence. I have been to 3 other Hyundai dealerships prior and haven’t experienced a place like South Shore H dealership has been nothing short of excellence. I have been to 3 other Hyundai dealerships prior and haven’t experienced a place like South Shore Hyundai- great customer service, cleanliness and quality of work is worth being mentioned! My service manager, Isiah Washington plays a crucial role through out my experience. He is polite, knowledgeable, patient, has a welcoming personality, very attentive to detail and serves as a thought partner when I try explaining the issues my car is having. His willingness and determination to get to the root of the problem- is quite impressive and greatly appreciated! More
