I had a deal worked with Island in 30 minutes or less. She was great and friendly and actually listened to me. Up until that point it was the best experience I’d ever had at a dealership. Until they sent She was great and friendly and actually listened to me. Up until that point it was the best experience I’d ever had at a dealership. Until they sent us to the finance guy. I get that it’s his job to push the extra packages. And to use the banks the dealership wants you to. But I told him SEVERAL times, this is my budget, I’m not going over it, this is my bank, I’m not using yours. But he would not quit pushing and pushing and at a point started getting flat out rude. He would not quit harping on these things after I clearly and several times set my boundaries. Because of him I was about 5 minutes away from just walking out. He was flat out disrespectful. Like I said, I get it’s his job to upsale, but read the room sir. I have MS and the stress he caused, caused a flare up. Yes, it was that irritating. And this is coming from someone who deals with the IRS for a living. He ruined the whole experience. I will recommend Island to anyone. But will warn them about this guy. Like I said, a deal worked in 30 minutes, we end up being there 4 hours. Based on what we end up actually signing we should have been in and out in 2 or less. More

Zach did a great job. Kudos to him - friendly, informative, sensitive, tentative, the whole nine yards. The overall sales manager in the "pit" seemed a bit fake to me an Kudos to him - friendly, informative, sensitive, tentative, the whole nine yards. The overall sales manager in the "pit" seemed a bit fake to me and my wife - shaking hands and kissing babies. He needs polishing. I am an executive in my company, and I hope that I don't come across that fake. Another deciding factor to purchase our 4th Nissan was service advisor Eric Eldorado. He was a factor in our decision to stay with Nissan as servicing my vehicle and having a repour with my advisor is very important to me. One issue was the gas tank was between 3/4 and full but not a full tank. I expected a full tank and will look to Jackie Cooper Nissan to fill it up on my first oil change wherever it is at the time. QT was only 2 blocks away while I waited 90 minutes to sign paper work. More
