If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I started working with Ivan 2 months ago to do some research on the vehicles to help make my decision on which model and trim level I wanted to buy. I started working with Ivan 2 months ago to do some research on the vehicles to help make my decision on which model and trim level I wanted to buy. 2 weeks ago I got back in touch with Ivan and he was very helpful in providing details on additional fees that would be included with the purchase and helped us decide on which vehicle to buy. We came in and decided on the vehicle, talked about the trade and then provided pictures on the vehicle to trade. We were given an offer for the vehicle and I went into to sign the paperwork. We came back 3 days later to complete the purchase and pick up the vehicle. Ivan then told us that our trade offer could not be honored. We did a walk around where he pointed out every scratch and ding on our nearly 12 year old trade. We then went in to look at KBB where, much to their surprise, the low offer was $125 less than what had been agreed to. After a bunch of back and forth on what they could do and what they could not do, we left. I did not appreciate the game that they were playing with this purchase. I was not out to “get a deal” I was perfectly fine with paying MSRP. Once you agree to a price, I expect you to honor it. The fact that Ivan “always has to give the bad news” is a problem. I do not want to work with a team that does not believe in integrity or ethics. Needless to say, I will drive the 20 minutes and 15 miles away to go to another dealer. More

Since I live 3 hours away from Jim Ellis Mazda, the deal for a 2017 Miata was worked through email with Seth Rogers. We agreed on the price and then I went to Marietta to see the car. It was just as represented online and we completed the deal. Buying a car from out of town can be difficult, buy Seth and the rest of the team made it a great experience. I would definitely buy from them again. More
