Our process began with an online search for a Mazda CX-30. Mike Fresquez immediately responded with an offer on the exact car we were interested in. Upon arriving for our appointment, our temperatures were taken and masks required, which made me feel very comfortable. The showroom was very clean and well-appointed. The car was ready for our test drive which was easy thanks to Mike’s knowledge of all the electronics on board. For our purchase, we decided to use the in house financing. Ivan Chernogortsev was our financial representative. He was very cordial and knowledgeable. We were satisfied with the loan he secured for us. He then presented our extended warranty options which we felt were unnecessary due to the car’s reliability ratings. After repeated options, which we declined, my husband and I began to feel slightly pressured to add something onto the loan. Ivan thoroughly explained all paperwork that we signed, and our overall financial experience was satisfactory. After rejoining Mike, he helped me upload the Mazda app to my phone, connected the app and Bluetooth from my phone to the car, and explained some additional features. As we drove away in our new Mazda, I felt that we had experienced a very successful day. We look forward to many adventures in our beautiful new car! More
