It has been about 10 years since I visited a dealership. These guys made it nice and simple to get me rolling the same day I went to look at the SUV I purchased. They listened and were able to work with me These guys made it nice and simple to get me rolling the same day I went to look at the SUV I purchased. They listened and were able to work with me on an individual basis. There were some promises to have completed before I left that were not kept. The vehicle wasn't exceptionally clean but was good enough. The spare tire was in the cargo area along with dirt and grass clippings.I was offered to bring it back to have that rectified, but as I said, this deal was made with the promise that would be taken care of while I filled out the paperwork. When my plates came in, I received an email from David Maloy giving me clear directions on how to go about getting my registration and plates. Upon arrival, there was no one on-site to receive me and put the plates on. I drove around to the sales department and picked up my plates... I wasn't offered to have someone put them on. At least in my experience, this was an average or less-than-average sales transaction. Your experience may be different but would definitely suggest taking your time to shop around and don't be pressured by promises. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, but not so much with the dealership. More
