Wonderful experience at White Plains Honda. Jonathan was immediately prepared to help me after a late-night email about coming in for a car first thing in the morning. I didn't bring my trade-in car with me that day, so he went out of his way to come in on his day off to finish the deal on the car I was buying. Guided me well throughout the entire process, making sure everything was to satisfaction along the way. Relentlessly offered me coffee, which I finally accepted. (haha). Excellent service all around on his part - and also a big thank you to Alex in finance for straight-talking numbers and being upfront with everything. Ivan, wonderful as well with great hospitality as I waited around the showroom when Jonathan was out getting things done for me, like registration and car detailing. More

Jonathan was the sales man working with us and he was exceptional. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, as well as Hondas in general. I have dealt with many deale exceptional. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, as well as Hondas in general. I have dealt with many dealership car sales men and few have the positive attitude Jonathan does. He sought to find what we actually wanted instead of what he would hope to sell us. 10/10 would buy another vehicle from here again. More
