Delivered my truck for me I am a first time customer of Courtesy Chevy. Chris Murphy is the sales person that helped me out. Ivan is the manager that assisted me and Samantha w I am a first time customer of Courtesy Chevy. Chris Murphy is the sales person that helped me out. Ivan is the manager that assisted me and Samantha was the service advisor that helped me out. I choose this dealership because they were one of the few dealers in AZ that we’re willing to deliver the vehicle to me (I operate my own business and don’t have the time to take an entire day to drive halfway across the state to sit in a dealership). I saw the vehicle I wanted through the USAA mobile app, after going back and fourth a couple times they gave me what I felt was a fair price on the 2013 F250 Lariat. They also gave me a great price on my trade in. Their price wasn’t the highest as compared to local dealers, but it also wasn’t the lowest on the kbb spectrum, but it was fair on both sides, which I respect. I was not an easy customer to deal with because I’ve been screwed over by two other dealers in the past and I wasn’t about to let another dealership do the same again, but I was wrong about this dealership, this dealership changed my perspective on dealerships, not all dealerships are looking to screw you over and not all service advisors are xxxxxxx. I will say this, the delivery on my vehicle was 45 min late which made me late for work and the vehicle that was delivered had a cracked windshield. But they made it right and had safelite fix it. This shows that even if a business screws up, they are willing to take the extra step to make it right. If you need a truck go see Chris, if you need work done go see Sam, if you need financing go see Ivan. I recommend this establishment and in the future if I require another vehicle they will be the first place I check. Thank you for my new personal/business vehicle More

He had the car ready for us by the time we got there, and gave us a great deal on it as well!! Fast and very friendly. I initially started the contact with Joe Harjes, and Ivan Torres was my main sales person. I highly recommend anybody to go see Ivan he is knowledgeable and will give you the information you need, but most important will get you the deal you need. Predatory sales! False promises ! I purchased a used 2016 Chevy Malibu in May. The car had a cosmetic defect. The plastics around the infotainment system were cracked one corner was mi I purchased a used 2016 Chevy Malibu in May. The car had a cosmetic defect. The plastics around the infotainment system were cracked one corner was missing. I liked the car put it had that defect. Sales person said “what if we fix it ? Would you buy the car ?” And I purchased the car I even gave a 20% Down payment ! So I asked the sales person how to go about it getting it fix he said at time of servicing the car it would be taken care of. I bring the car for service and inquire about the repair and they tell me that the people who do it are not here that I need to come back at a different time. I go back to the dealer at a different time because the car had a sensor problem. I inquire again about the repair and they said that it’s been too long since the purchase that they are not able to cover it and that they don’t cover those repairs anyways!! I was lied to! Sold on a lie! They even down played the actual miles on the car by 100 on the sale papper work. Granted their return policy is 3 days or 150 miles !! Very disgusted by this dealer! If you have principales don’t shop here because they don’t have them ! More

Sales guys were nice. Went out of my way, based upon good online reviews to buy a vehicle here. They screwed up paperwork and caused a negative review on credit report for not paying of trade-in. Still haven't gotten license plates I assume because they screwed up the address on both the contract and the warranty. I have been calling and submitting forms. Finally found an email address. I have attempted to contact: David, Russell, Martha Keith and Jason Church. Not one can be bothered to even call or email. Sent that too and that too is being ignored. I am literally on Day 4 of repeated calls, full mailboxes and disconnections waiting for someone to contact me. I have not even been able to talk to anyone other than a receptionist that transfers me hit or miss to a mailbox that might be full or disconnects. More
