Finance is usually a hassle but Chris Shotwell was amazing! He took time to answer any questions we had and somehow found a way to get us an extended bumper to bumper warranty without increasing our monthly payment. Going above and beyond I have purchased many vehicles from Brandon Honda and have always had a good experience, but my latest purchase experience with them has made me a cus I have purchased many vehicles from Brandon Honda and have always had a good experience, but my latest purchase experience with them has made me a customer for life. I was on leave from the military and visiting family in Valrico, FL. I realized during the trip that my Honda Ridgeline was no longer big enough for my growing family, and I went into Brandon Honda to find a larger vehicle. I ended up purchasing a very nice used Toyota Sienna. I was only in town for a few days so I needed the process to go quick. The vehicle I wanted to purchase had just been traded in the day before and was not ready for sale. The dealership pushed the vehicle through service and had me on the road the next day. No big deal, that is what they are supposed to do. What impressed me was when there was some title issues and the dealership needed the vehicle back for a couple of days. Well I was already back in Fort Bragg, NC for training and did not have time to deal with any issues. Despite my frustrations over the phone the Brandon Honda associates remained calm and helpful. They had the vehicle picked up from my house, placed on a flat bed, shipped to Tampa, and then dropped off back to my house in NC. They also gave me a rental while the vehicle was away. When the vehicle returned I saw that the carrier had damaged it. Brandon Honda paid for the damage no question asked. Buying a vehicle is a big deal. When making a purchase one needs to consider more then just the product. You need to know that the dealership is going to follow through with promises and take care of you long after the sale is final. That is Brandon Honda in a nutshell. Thanks Brandon Honda! More

I really appreciate both Bob and Erik for their caring treatment I received at this dealership. I have used services of three other Honda dealers in Tampa bay area in the past and none comes close to friendliness and quality of Brandon Honda. You can be sure that when my family is ready to get another new car, Brandon Honda will be the first place we will consider. In addition Mr. Gary Jarrell approached me with offer of trading my CRV with a brand new one! I was tempted, but my CRV is in great shap and paid for, so may be next year.
