I purchased my very first Mercedes-Benz, a blue 1971 250C, at the age of 13 and absolutely fell in love with the timeless classic design and superior safety and engineering of the brand. Knowing I always wanted to own my own dealership, I started my career working for MBUSA in 1998 at the corporate office and later transferred to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan while getting my MBA in Finance. I have held a number of roles at the dealership and worked my way through various levels of New and Pre-Owned Sales and Finance Management over the past 20+ years. In my current role as Sales Operations Manager my goal is for the entire Sales Team to be as enthusiastic and passionate about the brand as I am and provide world class advice for all things Mercedes-Benz related while being customer centric. From my first call to Judy expressing an interest in buying a Mercedes, Judy guided me through the entire process from start to finish in a very professional and courteous manner. Her thorough knowledge about the many different models available was impressive. When I ultimately selected my car and from the minute I entered the dealership to pick it up, I was totally impressed with Judy, Patrick H., Nick T. (Finance) and every other employee I met there for their friendly, approachable demeanor. I highly recommend this dealership and all of it's sales and service employees to those out there looking to buy a quality Mercedes Benz vehicle. More

I am one of the cool kids now! Marcus was polite, not pushy. If he was, I would have walked away. I had already decided (two years ago) to reward myself with a Mercedes. Went the extra mile This car purchase was seamless. I was looking for a rather rare and expensive E class Amg S 4matic. Nicole and Patrick went out of their way to seam This car purchase was seamless. I was looking for a rather rare and expensive E class Amg S 4matic. Nicole and Patrick went out of their way to seamlessly help me navigate through the current inventory, but also what was potentially coming off lease. I was able to secure a dream car that was coming off lease with less than 9k miles at a great price. I would never have been to secure this car without both Nicole and Patrick going out of their way to see what was prospectively coming off lease calling the current lease owner and transitioning the car to me. This was truly a win, win for everyone and I ended up with a dream car at a great price and incredibly low mileage. More

Top Dollar, Bottom Shelf. Worst Purchase Experience of my ENTIRE LIFE! Went in to buy my first Mercedes. Did not know anything about the brand except some mild research. Worst Purchase Experience of my ENTIRE LIFE! Went in to buy my first Mercedes. Did not know anything about the brand except some mild research. ***WARNING*** Cars look beautiful under the lights at Manhattan Mercedes. My piano black C63 AMG looked flawless in the dealership. Several days later, in direct sunlight, i saw swirls from compounding. When they tried to fix it, they swirled the entire car now on two occasions, leaving me with almost no clear coat. I spent $1500 to have the paint corrected and coated by a true professional. If you check BBB you will see this paint issue is a regular occurrence here at Mercedes Manhattan, although they are efficient at having these complaints removed. They have a shell company that jams a bunch of immigrants in the basement with high speed buffing machines who go right on in and destroy your paint. Its appalling, as my detailer and I saw first hand, they buff cars in the basement with improper lighting and dirty/used pads....BAD BAD BAD. I specifically asked, and was told that the car had a major performance component (limited slip differential), only to learn that the car did not have it after purchasing it. That mistake cost me $4,000. How an AMG comes without an LSD is anybodys guess...its flat out dangerous. Im also really disappointed in the build quality of this car. Ive also driven many loaner cars. They all rattle with bass and some whistle and/or whine at speed....not what i expected. My car has a symphony of undesired harmonics. So after much effort, i gave up with trying to have them do the right thing for me and went to my local Mercedes Dealership. That was a totally different experience. However, I just learned that the cars engine has an aftermarket tune installed in the car Even though i bought it at the dealership with a full CPO warranty. Seriously... Please do not patronize this establishment. I paid top dollar for bottom shelf antics. Great Business model...this is the type of review that comes from a profit first environment. I expected FAR better treatment from Manhattan Mercedes. Worst Purchase Experience of my ENTIRE LIFE!!! More
