I waited several months for my 4Runner to come in. When I arrived to make the purchase of the vehicle, I expected to be shown the car before starting any paperwork. I had to ask to see the 4runner bef When I arrived to make the purchase of the vehicle, I expected to be shown the car before starting any paperwork. I had to ask to see the 4runner before signing and once I went out to see the car, I observed that there were scratches on the paint and fender which was fixed while I was there but had to wait. The vehicle was not properly cleaned. I purchased a new rack for the top and observed that it was not clean before the rack was placed on top of the car and there was lots of dirt underneath which makes it very hard to get up there and clean. Whoever detailed the 4 runner sprayed tire oil all over the car, fenders and window’s and it was not wiped away so when I got home, I had to pretty much detail the car myself. When I opened the doors there was also dirty caked around the door lining. I did express my concern with the tire oil and how dirty the roof was, but still left with it in that condition. James was good, but to be honest if was easier to get this vehicle and I hadn’t waited so long for it to arrive, I would have walked off the lot that day. I also had my windows tinted and no tape or guidance to when I could roll my windows down. I do love the vehicle, but very disappointed with the price I paid for the 4 runner and the condition I received it. More

The dealership is massive and clean. Serious lack of Supras, there was zero, but things happen. Worked with James Tull. Very knowledgeable in all things Toyota. It's a huge red flag to me to sell a vehicle that you yourself do not drive. He does drive a Toyota. A really nice modded 5th gen 4Runner that he modded himself. He even had a 3rd Gen 4Runner. Guy knows his stuff and is extremely easy to talk to and chill. Made things make sense and went the extra mile to get me any and all information I needed. Videos of cars after my visit, only when I was curious about some differences between the 5th and 6th gen 4Runner. Haven't met anyone that would stop what they're doing to video a car for me. Definitely recommend this guy. More
