This is single handedly the worse dealership I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with and highly recommend those looking at used vehicles from this dealer proceed with caution. Read the fine print of any and all “extended warranties” this dealer may try to sell you as you could very well end up with an expensive warranty contract that will not cover you for anything. Ensure you ask them for extensive vehicle records as they will not provide them unless specifically asked and also have the vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic prior to signing anything. If they try to pressure you otherwise seek buying a used vehicle elsewhere as you may very well end up with some surprises. In my case I had to spend $3600 between a clutch replacement and other items. Corwin was nice enough to offer $500 towards the above repairs however this was only as a result of my push-back and reviews. Not to mention due to their failure to submit paperwork I nearly lost my original interest rate. This also resulted in additional inquiries on my credit which as a result dropped my credit score. You guys tried to sell me useless plans that would not cover me and even argued with me about it after I confirmed with the warranty companies of the plans you offer. Not to mention you failed to disclose you had the vehicle tuned, let me leave the lot without temp tags and the stupid gps tracker you sold me initially and then tried to give me pushback when I wanted to return the tracker and cancel the plans. You people seem to think taking advantage of people is ok and you have been put on notice with this review. If you are looking at purchasing a modified vehicle or any used vehicle be warned as they do the bare minimum required on their trade ins before offering them for sale. They will tell you the typical dealership xx just to make more money off of you as a consumer and god forbid you have issues do not expect them to take care of you without dragging you through a lot of unnecessary hassle. You guys are the last dealership I would ever recommend and I will make sure I inform everyone I meet/know of this experience. More

What a wonderful experience I had buying my car with Kim Hong at Corwin! I never felt any sort of pressure, and she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my experience. Finance always takes the longest, and again, felt completely at ease and not pressured. Ryan made it as simple as he could. I highly recommend Corwin for your next car purchase. More

We bought a Certified used 2021 Toyota Venza from Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs on April 20th, 2024. In less than 2000 miles of purchasing the vehicle, we saw that the tires were severely out of alignment Toyota Colorado Springs on April 20th, 2024. In less than 2000 miles of purchasing the vehicle, we saw that the tires were severely out of alignment as the insides of the back tires were bald! The toe on the back tires were each 15 mm out of alignment, causing the tires to wear to 7/32" on the outside and 0/32" on the inside. It was so bad and a major safety issue as the tires could have blown at any time. At highway speeds it could have been fatal. As soon as I noticed I immediately contacted Corwin and spoke with our salesman. Since we live about 60 miles away from the dealership I didn't feel safe driving it to them for repair, I was fearful of a blowout and causing an accident. He told me to go to any Toyota dealer to get it fixed and they would work something out between the dealerships to get it resolved and to call the used car manager to figure it out. When I talked with the used car manager he resisted my requests initially saying the car was sold as is and the roads had to have caused the issues. Had it not been a "certified" used vehicle and the tires not been symmetrically out of alignment I might have agreed. The used car manager did agree to try and work something out. Due to the severity of the wear and the conversation with the salesman, I took it to another Toyota dealership on June 20th. Once I forwarded the calibration report to Corwin showing that the tire wear was due to a bad alignment from their certification process and the invoice for the work, the used car manager immediately stopped communicating with me and did not return my emails. The salesman and the General Manager did not reply to my emails to them either. I soon found out they also didn't do an oil change either nor change out the cabin air filter during the certification process. The only way I got a response was to open a case with Toyota. With my first case I got an email from the Customer Relations Manager telling me the alignment was done, and sent me a photo of an alignment report. The photo conveniently cut out all the identifying information about the car it was done on, so it could have been anyone's alignment. I tried emailing her back multiple times, no response. Had to open another case with Toyota to get a response. Finally the used car manager called me and agreed to reimburse me roughly 70% of my out of pocket costs to resolve the issues with the caveat that I cleaned up my online reviews. So that is what this is, I am posting an accurate description of my experience. I am removing the negativity and the photos of the bald tires included in my initial review, remaining factual, and increased my number of stars for the dealership. I certainly appreciate the dealership attempting to make things right, however not reimbursing me for all my out of pocket costs and only sending me a check with the condition of me changing my online reviews was a bit disappointing. It was clear that I was not going to be able to negotiate for more. It was also interesting that every time I emailed him, he would reply to my wife's email address instead of mine. Strange. The kicker is AFTER I got reimbursed the used car manager finally admitted that poor alignment rack calibration and technician inexperience was the reason. Had they started with that it would have saved me so much trouble and had such a different outcome for both me and Corwin! More

I was an out of state buyer and appreciate that Corwin gave me the opportunity to purchase a car from them. Unfortunately, communication was very poor from the start and from the time I purchased the car gave me the opportunity to purchase a car from them. Unfortunately, communication was very poor from the start and from the time I purchased the car there was seemingly no urgency to update me on the status or actually get it to me. Additionally, I waited a full day for the out the door price request and when I finally heard back, there was “someone else looking at it” and I had to immediately place a deposit down to secure it. From the time of funding, it took two weeks to get my car on a truck to be shipped to me. Ultimately, albeit lat, the car did arrive in the condition expected. JR who was in charge of shipping was the one person whickept me updated as to when the vehicle was picked up and when to expect it. There were a few other hiccups in the process with financing and sales miscommunications but nothing that derailed the deal. Though I didn’t have a great (or even good) experience, I have a feeling things would have been much smoother buying the vehicle in person so it would be harsh to leave less than 4 stars. If you do buy from out of state, lower expectations on your timeline. More
