J R Gonzalez has been our finance person each time...also very incredible at his part of the process. The Rogue really suits our needs. We have been through the car purchase process at other dealerships. We are from about an hour out of the Cities, so we appreciate Chuck's fast phone call return and ability to do a great deal of it over the phone. Our only issue was that we like a door molding put on and there was a miscommunication with the time frame of gerting that put in and picking it up. We can understand things like that happen in a large dealership. We will continue to come back to Eden Prairie Nissan...and specifically to Chuck Eck. He takes a just right amount of time to explain the vehicle and syncs up our phones for us...yeah, Chuck! We have had experience with service...great from the driver who picked me up, to the service manager, work done, the entire process. Clean, great job, mindful of our time, good at explaining to a regular person...I'm certainly not another technician. 5 stars all around in our opinion. More

The finance team, JR, management, Gary, everyone is great and willing to go out of their way to make sure you, the customer, are satisfied. The follow-up, which is rare, is also a welcome change to my previous experiences at other dealerships. More

Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location. More
