I must say, this man really knows how to charm his customers! He actually likes them enough to take their personal information that was provided to purchase their vehicle and look them up on Facebook customers! When I arrived at the dealership, I spoke wi They let me walk out of a guaranteed deal (RAM 2500 Laramie) over $50 bucks a month on a payment price. When I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with one salesman, whom I liked (John) and had talked with in the past, but because I had a recent internet inquiry with another (JR), they made me work with that Salesman, who didnt seem very interested in working with me. I had a substantial ($10k+) down payment. Emails were an issue. They were emailing an old email of mine, even though all they had to do, to email me was reply to the emails I sent them. So (4) days later, I ended up getting a RAM 2500 Laramie with one less option on it for $4,500 less than Tyson wanted at another Dodge Dealer. That Dealer's sales staff was great! Patient, answered every minuscule question I and my wife had. Worked with us, because they knew we were serious buyers. The sad thing about this. I have bought (2) vehicles from Tyson in the past, but that doesnt seem to matter to them. They dont give you any better treatment than a person who has never bought from them. Wont ever try to buy a car from them ever again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TYSON DODGE TO ANYONE More
