5th vehicle purchased, never been more satisfied with staff Just picked up my new Ram 1500 Laredo 4X4 and cannot be happier. JR was great in finding exactly what I wanted in a new truck and actually making me r Just picked up my new Ram 1500 Laredo 4X4 and cannot be happier. JR was great in finding exactly what I wanted in a new truck and actually making me realize what I didn't need. He is an awesome salesperson who never tried to up-sell or mislead me in any way. Was way cool to talk top and will definitely be referring him to some people I know are looking for a new vehicle presently. In concert with JR was Aaron making sure I had evrything I needed and really worked to get me the best deal. On the day of my pick up he again greeted me by name, shook my hand, and thanked me genuinely for being a customer of Tyson Motors. In our conversation he told me "our goal is to have yes's for all deals" that is what they strive for- they work to make you happy with a deal. And finally, JP was a very knowledgeable and friendly finance lead. Very honest, upfront and most importantly NOT PUSHY about extra vehicle options. I have had people look at me sideways in the past for declining certain options he was definitely patient and willing to explain things. Overall I could not recommend a better staff overall or a better dealership. I'm sure I will be coming back again shortly as my wife will be surely deserving of a new car whenever she wants. After all she let me get mine :) More
