Volkswagen Passat I was excited to go purchase what I thought was a nice 2013 Volkswagen Passat with around 32,000 miles on it. Took time off work to drive an hour ther I was excited to go purchase what I thought was a nice 2013 Volkswagen Passat with around 32,000 miles on it. Took time off work to drive an hour there only to find out that they had sold the car a month prior to me getting there, and didn’t update the website. Super inconvenient. I ended up purchasing another Passat that was there that had a little cosmetic issue that I was assured would be fixed before I got the car (driver side sun visor was broken off). The issue was fixed superficially, meaning the visor was connect and hung, but it was still broken. Other than these two (one I consider major) nuance, I had a pleasant experience. Staff was nice, and the manager was a decent guy. More

OVERPROMISED AND UNDERDELIVERED The title is what even one of the salespeople said about their performance. Friendly and great until they had my money and then all I got was frustra The title is what even one of the salespeople said about their performance. Friendly and great until they had my money and then all I got was frustration as they passed me around the dealership. They were supposed to fix some dings and a dent. We paid for it. I called to see if it was ready as the dealership is in a different town from me. Voice mail back said yes and we drove there only to hear that it wasn't even on the lot, they'd sent it somewhere else. Another few days and when I called again to pick it up, the body guy said it was in final detail. When we got there, we saw that that was a lie and he was running around the truck trying to touch up all the areas they hadn't even addressed. Everyone there has a promise and an excuse. Three weeks later, I still don't have the keypad number after several calls and the Ford dealer says I get to pay $68 just to find out. I took the truck to get the bedliner sprayed and they showed me the bedside had been replaced even though Carfax says clean. Definitely not a good experience, I would never recommend to anyone, even those I don't like! More

Great place to purchase a car! The service here is outstanding! We drove out 30min to get there and it was well worth it, I would do it again!
